Damaged or Misprinted Items
First off, I apologize in advance for any products that are damaged or misprinted. No worries!
- Please take 2 clear photos of the issue: One of the damaged package and One of the damaged item
- Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
- To complete your return, please contact mary@funktionalchic.com and attach the 2 images of the defective purchase. From there, I will guide you through a swift refund and return procedure.
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to my printing partners. You will be liable for reshipment costs once I have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by my printing partners, I will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item and process your refund accordingly.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain 3 business days.
